Prices

All prices on the TGSiO Shop are stated in EUR and DKK. The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs but inclusive of the Danish rate of VAT (25%) and all import taxes within the EU.

Price changes

TGSiO Shop reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.

Payment

TGSiO Shop accepts payment by VISA, Mastercard and Dankort, and also PayPal. The full payment is charged when the package is dispatched.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are added to the order at checkout.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.

Shipping confirmation

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. For buyers outside Denmark the shipping confirmation will include carrier and tracking number information. For buyers in Denmark the shipping information will include carrier information.

Shipping and collecting packages

All orders will normally be shipped with GLS. With the help of your tracking number information you can track your package at the GLS website (https://gls-group.eu/DK/en/parcel-tracking). The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address.

Delivery time

TGSiO Shop aims to dispatch goods as quickly as possible and customers should expect to receive their goods within two weeks (14 days) of receiving an order confirmation. Danish orders will normally be delivered within 3-5 days from the day you received the shipping confirmation. International orders will be delivered within 5-20 days from day you received the shipping confirmation.

Currencies

TGSiO Shop cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.

Exchanges, returns and refunds

The customer reserves the right to return the goods within two weeks (14 days) of receiving the goods on condition of the following: The goods are returned in the same condition and quantity as when received. The goods are unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return. For some goods, the original packaging may constitute part of the value of the good, such as a shoe box for a pair of shoes and hence the same rules apply to this. Returned goods are checked and if the above conditions are fulfilled, the amount is deposited back into the customer's account.

When exercising your right to return an item, the return-shipment is paid by the customer. When returning an item, please enclose your receipt with your name, address and account no. TGSiO Shop will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 14 business days at the latest, after TGSiO Shop receives the returned products.

All return items must be equipped with a tracking number. TGSiO.com does not accept any responsibility for return items that can not be traced through carrier if lost!

Exchanges and sale

During sale or promotional offers the policy explained above will apply, except that TGSiO Shop will not accept exchanges.

Forsendelsebekræftelse

Så snart din ordre er blevet afsendt, vil du modtage en forsendelses bekræftelse per E-mail. Denne bekræftelse vil indeholde information om hvilket forsendelsesfirma der leverer forsendelsen samt et pakkenummer.

Forsendelser

Alle bestillinger bliver normalt sendt med GLS og kan spores via dit trackingnummer som står nævnt i forsendelses bekræftelsen, på https://gls-group.eu/DK/en/parcel-tracking.

Transit tider

Vi efterstræber at sende bestillinger af sted hurtigst muligt og som kunde kan man forvente at modtage ens ordre senest 2 uger (14 dage) efter at have modtaget ordre bekræftelsen. Danske ordre vil normalt blive afleveret 3-5 dage efter du har modtaget din forsendelses bekræftelse. Internationale ordre vil blive afleveret 1-5 dage efter du har modtaget din forsendelses bekræftelse.

Valuta

TGSiO Shop kan ikke tage ansvar for eventuelle kursændringer ligesom vi ej heller kan blive holdt til ansvar for hvilket beløb din bank forlanger for at veksle Euro til anden valuta.

Ombytning, returnering og refundering

Som kunde har du 14 dage til at fortryde dit køb og meddele os dette. Herefter har du 14 dage til at returnere din ordre, eller dele af din ordre. Udover at være prøvet på for at sikre at størrelsen er korrekt, skal varerne være ubrugte. Hvis der er slitage der antyder at varerne er blevet brugte på en sådan måde at det forringer værdien af produktet, så foretages der en vurdering af, hvad varen som brugt kan sælges for til en anden forbruger. Dette beløb kan så returneres. 

Når du gør brug af din ret til at returnere en vare betaler du selv forsendelses omkostningerne ved returneringen. Vedlæg venligst den fremsendte kvittering eller kopi af samme med navn, adresse og ordre nummer. Hvis du ønsker at bytte din ordre noter da venligst hvilken størrelse du ønsker i stedet. Ydermere vil vi bede dig overføre de pålagte forsendelses omkostninger (10 Euro for Danmark, 20 Euro for Europa) til vores konto der står nævnt i regningen, for yderligere forsendelse. Hvis du ønsker at få pengene tilbage, noter da venligst dine konto oplysninger (registrerings- og kontonummer for danske kort. Iban, BIC/Swift og kontonummer for udenlandske kort ).

Returneringer skal sendes som pakke så de kan spores via medfølgende tracking nummer. TGSiO shop tager ikke ansvar for returvarer som sendes retur som brev!

TGSiO Shop kan ikke blive holdt ansvarlige hvis din forsendelse forsvinder under returneringen. Refunderinger for returnerede forsendelser vil blive behandlet hurtigt muligt og senest 14 dage efter vi har modtaget din returforsendelse.

Reklamation og garanti

I overensstemmelse med købelovens regler ydes du som forbruger 24 måneders reklamationsret på alle varer.  For varer med begrænset levetid er din reklamationsret dog begrænset til den holdbarhedsperiode, der er sædvanlig for den pågældende vare.
